"... s'ouvre sur des notes d'agrumes comme le citron vert et le pamplemousse et de légères touches exotiques, puis sur des sensations intrigantes de fleurs blanches pour finir sur des souvenirs minéraux et de maquis méditerranéen, de sauge et de thym. "...comme chaque année, pour mettre en valeur les caractéristiques saillantes, nous avons essayé de combiner les parfums des raisins de certains vignobles de la société et la concentration des raisins d'autres vignobles. En particulier, le millésime 2019 a connu un printemps froid et pluvieux, un mois de juin étouffant et des averses estivales accompagnées de nuits fraîches qui ont permis une maturation lente et tardive avec des résultats surprenants en termes de parfums et de saveur...".
