Vignes d'exploitation : situées dans les communes de San Gimignano et Certaldo.
Couche et texture du sol : vallonné à environ 200/250 m d'altitude, sol à texture moyenne d'origine pliocène.
Vinification et vieillissement : égrappage, fermentation avec légère macération sur les peaux. Le Purus est produit sans ajout de sulfites et de levures. Absence de filtration et d'autres opérations de stabilisation. Affinage en cuve inox et ciment vitrifié.

Etiquette
Le restylage de l'étiquette reprend les caractéristiques de la précédente, l'éclaircissant en couleurs et donnant plus d'espace au fond. Le nom de la société a été déplacé à la base, simplifiant la composition.  ; Au centre se trouve la rosace délibérément décolorée à certains endroits pour la rendre vivante et intégrée au papier, délicate et minimale. Trois éléments en vert rappellent le caractère naturel du produit : la feuille de vigne placée au-dessus du nom du vin, l'inscription "vino biologico" et quatre petites feuilles qui marquent l'espace.

Farm vineyards: located in the municipality of San Gimignano, Siena
Layer and texture of the soil: hilly at about 200/250 m above sea level, medium-textured soil of Pliocene origin.
Vinification and aging: Destemming, fermentation with light maceration on the skins. Purus is produced without the addition of sulphites and yeasts. The modest quantity of sulphites present, less than 15 mg/litre was produced exclusively by the fermentation process. Absence of filtration and other stabilization operations. Refinement in stainless steel tanks and vitrified cement.
Wine and Vintage
"... the production of wine without sulphites and added yeasts come from the desire to experiment and to guarantee the maximum exploitation of the grapes, which must be harvested perfectly healthy and at the optimal state of ripeness. The hot but not dry seasonal trend for the water reserves accumulated during the spring period, characterized by very high temperatures from June to August, has allowed the grapes to be harvested intact and well colored...".

Label
The historical label is divided into two squares: the upper one with a brick red background shows the name of the wine and its indications. In contrast, the lower one has a stylized rose window in the middle symbol of light and purity in harmony with the wine production process. At the top of the label stands the logo of Casa Lucii that recalls the ancient tradition of Tuscan flasks.
