4. What is Casa Lucii's refund policy for wine tastings?

Our refund policy for wine tastings is as follows:

  • If you cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the tasting, we will refund 90% of the amount paid.
  • If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of the tasting, no refund will be provided.
  • If you need to change your booking date within 48 hours of the event, we will try to accommodate your request based on availability. If an alternative date cannot be found, we will refund 90% of the amount paid.

Please note that refunds will be made through the original payment method used during purchase.

5. Who is responsible for the cost of returning the products?

The cost for returning the products, including any custom duties, is at the customer's expense. The return of the products occurs under the customer's responsibility.

6. How long does it take to receive a refund for a canceled wine tasting?

We will refund the total amount due within 14 calendar days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to cancel the wine tasting. The refund will be made using the same payment method employed for the original transaction.

If we can agree on a new date that satisfies both parties, your reservation will be moved without additional charge.
