"Spicchio Tuscan Rosé 2015 is the wine that surprised me the most. Usually, I don't like rosé wines very much, but this is a wine that I appreciated immediately, and I must say that I would recommend it for different circumstances, suitable for a meal combined with some refined taste, and very pleasant to drink as an aperitif or even accompanying a cheese at the end of dinner. Its label is unmistakable, the rooster that sings on the Tuscan farmyard. Of a soft pink color, it has a beautiful bouquet made of aromas and scents ranging from cherry to raspberry, to currant and violet blossoms. The taste is very fresh and savoury with hints of raspberry and strawberry, with a sweet caramel finish. Its greatest value?
